KLEV is family owned and family run out of northern Utah. If you have a question about sizing, an order, a return, or you want to talk about a wholesale or ranch-crew order, write to us and a person will answer.

What to expect

We answer messages within one business day, and usually faster than that. If you are asking about an existing order, include your order number and we can skip a round of back and forth.

Sizing and fit

Our shirts are cut relaxed through the chest and shoulders and sized honestly. If you are between sizes and you plan to wear it over a base layer, take the larger one. If you want the specific chest and length measurements for a piece before you order, ask and we will send them.

Returns and exchanges

If something does not fit, we will exchange it. Full terms are on our returns page.

Wholesale and bulk

If you run a feed store, tack shop, or western retailer, or you need a run of shirts for a crew, an outfit, or an event, tell us what you have in mind and roughly how many pieces and we will send pricing.
