Welcome to Mountainland Clothing Co.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Mountainland Clothing Co. website, online store, products, services, and related features (collectively, the “Services”).

Mountainland Clothing Co. offers apparel, accessories, lifestyle products, and other merchandise that may change from time to time.

Products may be added, modified, discontinued, restocked, or removed without prior notice.

All products are subject to availability.

Adding a product to your shopping cart does not reserve that product.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue merchandise, or restrict sales where reasonably necessary and permitted by law.

3. PRODUCT IMAGES AND COLORS

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display our products.

However, colors and other visual characteristics may appear differently depending on your device, monitor, display settings, lighting, photography, production method, and other factors.

Product images may include lifestyle photography, digital mockups, renderings, or other representations intended to demonstrate the design or general appearance of a product.

Minor differences between an online image and the delivered product do not necessarily constitute a defect.

4. SIZING AND FIT

Sizing and fit can vary depending on the garment, manufacturer, style, material, and production process.

Customers are responsible for reviewing available sizing information before purchasing.

If an eligible item does not fit, returns or exchanges are governed by our Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy.

5. PRINT-ON-DEMAND AND THIRD-PARTY FULFILLMENT

Some Mountainland Clothing Co. merchandise may be manufactured, printed, packaged, or fulfilled by third-party production and fulfillment partners.

As a result, products within the same order may occasionally:

  • Ship separately;

  • Arrive at different times;

  • Originate from different fulfillment facilities; or

  • Have minor production variations.

These circumstances do not necessarily indicate that an order is incomplete or defective.

We remain responsible for addressing legitimate customer-service issues involving purchases made directly through our store, subject to these Terms and our applicable policies.

6. PRICES

Prices are displayed in the currency identified during checkout.

We may change product prices at any time before an order is placed.

A price change does not affect an order that has already been accepted unless there was an obvious pricing, technical, or listing error.

Taxes, shipping charges, duties, and other applicable fees may be added during checkout where required.

7. PRICING AND LISTING ERRORS

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, promotions, and availability information.

Errors may occasionally occur.

If a product is accidentally listed with an incorrect price, description, discount, or other material information, we reserve the right to correct the error.

Where permitted by law, we may cancel an affected order and provide a refund rather than fulfill an order based on an obvious error.

If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected, we will issue an appropriate refund.

Mountainland Clothing Co. is not responsible for delivery problems caused by inaccurate information supplied by the customer, except to the extent otherwise required by law.

Payment transactions may be processed by third-party payment processors.

Your use of a payment method may also be subject to the terms and privacy practices of the applicable payment provider.

We do not guarantee that every payment method will always be available.

We may request reasonable additional information to verify an order before fulfillment.

Where permitted by law, suspicious orders may be delayed, refused, or canceled.

Fraudulent transactions, attempted chargeback abuse, use of stolen payment information, or other unlawful activity may be reported to payment providers or appropriate authorities.

12. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping estimates provided during checkout or elsewhere on our website are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Production times and shipping times are separate.

Delivery times may be affected by carriers, weather, holidays, supply-chain conditions, address problems, fulfillment delays, and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Our Shipping & Delivery Policy provides additional information concerning order processing, shipping, tracking, and delivery.

13. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy.

Customers should review that policy before purchasing.

Nothing in these Terms eliminates consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

14. ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS

Orders may begin processing shortly after they are submitted.

We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after it has entered production, fulfillment, or shipping.

Submitting a request does not guarantee that the order can be modified or canceled.

15. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNT CODES

Promotions and discount codes may be subject to separate conditions.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Discounts cannot be combined;

  • Discounts have no cash value;

  • Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to previous orders;

  • Certain products may be excluded;

  • Promotions may have expiration dates or quantity limits; and

  • Promotions may be modified or discontinued where permitted by law.

We may cancel or refuse a discount obtained through fraud, manipulation, technical error, or unauthorized use.

16. GIFT CARDS

If Mountainland Clothing Co. offers gift cards, additional gift-card terms may apply.

Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for protecting gift-card information from unauthorized use.

17. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, the Mountainland Clothing Co. name, branding, logos, graphics, artwork, product designs, photographs, website content, written content, marketing materials, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Mountainland Clothing Co. and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, commercially exploit, or create unauthorized derivative works from our protected materials without appropriate permission.

Purchasing a Mountainland product does not transfer ownership of the intellectual-property rights associated with its artwork, branding, graphics, or designs.

If you submit reviews, photographs, comments, feedback, suggestions, or other content to us, you represent that you have the right to submit that material.

You may not submit material that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, threatening, malicious, infringing, or otherwise violates another person's rights.

If you expressly submit content for publication or tag/submit content to us for promotional consideration, you grant Mountainland Clothing Co. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and share that content in connection with our business and marketing, subject to applicable law.

19. REVIEWS

Customer reviews should reflect genuine experiences with our products or Services.

We reserve the right to moderate or remove content where permitted by law, including spam, fraudulent reviews, unlawful material, personally identifying information, harassment, or content unrelated to the product or customer experience.

We will not prohibit or suppress legitimate negative reviews merely because they are unfavorable.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and other policies incorporated by reference, constitute the applicable agreement concerning your use of our Services and purchases from our website.

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our business, Services, legal requirements, or operating practices.
